A solid principle of life and leadership.
Based on life experiences and various references that I have studied since 2000, I invite all people of Indonesia, Asia and the world to consider and embrace TML (Theocentric Motivation and Leadership) as a ‘lens’ in understanding the world and making decisions.

Every training, coaching or consulting that we do is specifically designed as a school of life and leadership that integrates spiritual understanding, motivational science, positive psychology, neuroscience, slightly spiced with philosophy, history, and the best leadership principles and practices.
